Who can use Colorado Mountain Health online?
Anyone regardless of gender. You must:
- 18 years old or older.
- A resident or physically in one of the states that we provide services to.
- A demonstrated medical need for treatment. For some conditions (Hormone Therapy) we will need recent lab results provided or we can order labs that you will have drawn at your local lab.
How does it work?
We can see you via telehealth or in personin southern Colorado.
Treatment begins with 3 easy steps:
- Call us at 719-299-0988. We will send you the medical intake form to fill out, schedule an appointment with a provider, and order labs at this time if needed. You will go to your local LabCorp to have the labs drawn.
- Speak to your new healthcare provider through a telehealth (audio-video) appointment.
- If medically appropriate, receive your medication in the mail every 30, 60, or 90 days from the mail-order pharmacy and call us if you have any issues.
Is there a long-term contract?
No, our services are offered on a month-to-month basis. You do not need to sign up for any specific length of time.
